Thanks to their professionalism and many years of experience, our dentists install orthopedic structures as close as possible to the appearance and functions of a living tooth.
We perform all types of dental prosthetics:
- non-removable prosthetics on implants, including using the most aesthetically durable and hypoallergenic crowns based on zirconium oxide (metal-free crown);
- removable prosthetics;
- micro-prosthetics on tabs;
- All-on-4 prosthetics;

Our clinic has its own dental laboratory. It is equipped with modern equipment that allows for the production of dental structures of any complexity in a short time.
We create crowns using CAD/CAM technology (computer design/computer-programmable fabrication) on a ZirkonZahn machine. This ensures precision, high product quality and excellent aesthetic results.
Before and after prosthetics, our dentists perform a digital occlusion analysis using a T-scan device. The device detects premature contacts (ahead of the usual closing) between the teeth of the upper and lower jaws in dynamics and statics. Allows the dentist to conduct a detailed analysis of the occlusal interaction between the tubercles and fissures (grooves) of the teeth of the upper and lower jaws. When premature contacts are detected, the problem areas are precisely sanded to correct occlusion. The device helps to improve the quality of the treatment.
Complex prosthetics:
A 73-year-old patient with multiple problems applied to EMC Dentistry: missing and destroyed teeth, unsatisfactory aesthetic appearance of existing teeth. To select the best treatment, a consultation of dental clinic specialists was held, following which a step-by-step plan was drawn up. Various orthopedic structures were used for prosthetics. EMC dentists restored the destroyed teeth with inlays and crowns, put crowns on 5 implants and veneers on the front teeth.
