Thanks to its own dental laboratory, the specialists of the EMC Dental Clinic perform all types of prosthetics quickly and efficiently. The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment, which produces durable and aesthetic metal-free crowns, removable dentures and orthodontic devices.
We create crowns using CAD/CAM technology (computer design/computer-programmable fabrication) on a ZirkonZahn machine. This technology is fundamentally different from traditional hand-cast metal ceramics. According to the impression taken by the doctor, a model is made, which is scanned with a laser. Then the future crown is modeled on a computer. The frame is turned on a computer machine from a single block of zirconium oxide.
The crown manufacturing process is fully automated. Errors are excluded: the system registers even micron deviations. This is how the perfect fit of the crown is achieved, which guarantees the aesthetic appearance of the teeth.
