Diagnostics at the Andrology Center

• complete urological examination of the genitourinary system in 2 hours. In case of detection of diseases and confirmation of the diagnosis, qualified specialists will select the most effective method of treatment and rehabilitation;
oncourological screening of PSA. All men over the age of 45 must undergo this analysis annually. It allows you to identify the risk of developing adenoma and prostate cancer;
• transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) — allows not only to determine the size of prostate adenoma, but also to diagnose and/or exclude the presence of prostate cancer, as well as to determine the presence of nodules, stones, and residual urine;
X—ray examination methods - cystography, excretory urography, intravenous pyelography, which can be used to assess the effect of prostate adenoma on the upper urinary tract.

Treatment at the Andrology Center

• Drug treatment for impotence — only a doctor can prescribe medications for consultations and examinations. The specialists of the EMC clinic work only with those medicines whose safety has been verified by numerous clinical trials;
• phalloprosthesis is the treatment of prostate diseases in severe erectile dysfunction, including exacerbations of chronic prostatitis with pelvic pain syndrome using transrectal microwave hyperthermia on a ProstaLund device (Sweden);
• laparoscopic and robot-assisted operations for varicocele, obstruction of the vas deferens;
• ProstaLund hyperthermia (Sweden) and biofeedback with UroStym for chronic prostatitis and pelvic pain syndrome in men;
• hormone therapy for menopause, age-related androgen deficiency;
in case of infertility: when a man's sperm does not contain viable spermatozoa, the doctor may prescribe the collection of spermatozoa directly from the testicle (TESE) or from its appendage (MESA). The biomaterial can be used for further artificial insemination (IVF/ICSI).
