In complex diagnostics, a technique for determining specific antibodies in the patient's blood is also used.

Treatment is carried out with courses of antibacterial drugs. The duration of therapy depends on the stage and activity of the process.

Ureamycoplasma

Lesions of the urogenital tract by this pathogen are in many ways similar to chlamydia. The incubation period is up to 3 weeks, and the disease is characterized by a sluggish course. Among the clinical manifestations are impaired urination and the appearance of mucous secretions, possibly burning.

Ureamycoplasma lesions lead to severe complications. The exception is infections caused by the bacterium Mycoplasma genitalium. It manifests itself in the form of chronic inflammation of the urethra.
