Fracture of the femoral neck in the elderly. Description of the clinical case.

We urgently received an 83-year-old man from Japan, who came to Russia as a tourist and, having fallen from his own height on Red Square, broke his hip neck. Usually in such situations, Japanese citizens go home for treatment, as it is believed that the medicine there is at a higher level and Japanese insurance companies refuse to reimburse the costs of treatment in Russia. However the ECSTO clinic provides assistance according to all European standards and is known abroad, so this time the Japanese side decided to leave its citizen for treatment in Moscow.
