Causes of sounds

In addition, there are risk factors that increase the likelihood of LSD syndrome. For example, multiple pregnancies, infectious diseases, poor nutrition (this often happens when a woman stops eating properly during pregnancy in an effort to maintain her figure) and self-medication.

Symptoms of ASD

After 24 weeks, the doctor may suspect the disease. It is possible to diagnose such a pathology during ultrasound examination. What indicators can alert a doctor?

• Circumference of the femur and head of the child;
• Heart rate;
• The amount of amniotic fluid;
• The speed of blood flow in the placenta;
• Abdominal circumference;
• Violations of the functioning of the placenta.

However, there are cases when this pathology is asymptomatic.

In the classification of the ZVUR syndrome, there are 3 degrees:

• I degree. The fetus does not keep up with the development of gestational age by 1-2 weeks. This condition can be corrected by timely prescribed therapy - by observing a diet and rest regime. These methods are sufficient to minimize or even minimize the likelihood of negative consequences.
• II degree. The delay is 3-4 weeks. Serious therapy is required.
• III degree. It is diagnosed when a doctor records a delay of more than 1 month.

The asymmetrical shape

The presence of an asymmetric shape is indicated by a significant decrease in body weight combined with normal growth, untimely formation of abdominal and chest tissues, the trunk develops incorrectly, and internal organs also grow unevenly. If you do not diagnose an asymmetrical sound in time and do not seek the necessary treatment, then there is a risk of inhibited brain development in a child. An asymmetric variation of the ASD syndrome is usually observed after 24 weeks of pregnancy on the background of placental insufficiency.

Symmetrical shape

This type of IWRM is characterized by a uniform decrease in body weight, internal organs and tissues while maintaining overall proportions. The symmetrical shape is more common in the 1-2 trimesters of pregnancy and increases the risk of having a baby with an underdeveloped central nervous system.

Diagnosis and treatment of ASD

Ultrasound is the main method of diagnosing ASD. If the doctor suspects this pathology, it is recommended to undergo Dopplerometry and CTG, collect a medical history and conduct a physical examination.

Treatment of ASD

In modern obstetrics, several basic protocols for the treatment of ASD are practiced.

Firstly, it is the stimulation of blood flow in the "uterus-placenta-fetus" chain. The doctor sends the patient to a hospital, where the main form of "treatment" will be rest and proper nutrition. In the hospital, the dynamics of the situation is monitored by an ultrasound specialist.

As a medical accompaniment to therapy, pregnant women are prescribed tocolytics, drugs to reduce uterine tone.

For the correction of severe cases of ASD, treatment tactics are selected individually, based on the specifics of each specific case.

A radical way to treat ASD is early delivery. This is shown in two cases - the absence of fetal growth dynamics for 2 weeks and a significant deterioration in the condition of the fetus inside the uterus. If drug therapy can stimulate the growth rate of the baby, the pregnancy is maintained until 37 weeks, after which the patient is delivered.

Thoughtful attitude to pregnancy and planning are universal ways to prevent many pathologies. 6 months before the expected pregnancy, it is recommended to visit a therapist, perform a check-up and stop chronic diseases. Give up bad habits, improve nutrition and add physical activity.
