He graduated from the Tomsk Military Medical Institute, the Faculty of Traumatology and Orthopedics, and the internship at the Leningrad Institute of Advanced Medical Experts.

He studied at the Military Medical Institute of the FPS FSB of the Russian Federation, specializing in "Fundamentals of detoxification" in N. In Nizhny Novgorod, "Traumatology and Orthopedics" at the Altai State Medical University, "Traumatology and Orthopedics" at the Northwestern State Medical University on the basis of the R. R. Vreden RNRITO, St. Petersburg. He is studying at the graduate School of the RUDN University at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics.

He has more than 26 years of work experience and has worked at the Military Veterans Rehabilitation Center. In 2013, he was the head of the department of conservative orthopedics in St. Petersburg.
