In 2002, he graduated from the Medical Faculty of the St. Petersburg Medical and Technical Institute.In 2004, he completed his clinical residency in surgery at the Department of Emergency Medicine at the St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

In 2007, he completed professional retraining in the specialty "Endoscopy" at the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of Roszdrav.In 2014, he completed an internship in minimally invasive intraluminal endoscopy, in the areas of "Endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiography (ERCP)" and "Endoscopic resection of gastrointestinal tract neoplasms (ESD and EMR)" at Cancer Institute Hospital, Japan.

In the period from 2005 to 2014, he worked in the surgical department of the GBUZ "Central Research Institute of Gastroenterology" DZMoscow as a surgeon and endoscopist.
