In 2004, she graduated from Podolsk Medical School with a degree in Paramedic.  She received a certificate of primary specialization in physical therapy at the Clinical Center for Restorative Medicine and Rehabilitation in Khovrino. Later, she confirmed her certificate at MOMK No. 2 in Ramenskoye and at the Department of Additional Professional Education of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.

In 2008, she graduated from Moscow State Regional University with a degree in Counseling Psychology

From 2004 to 2012, she worked at Podolsk City Clinical Hospital as a physical therapy instructor in the department of rehabilitation treatment with patients of various profiles: pediatric and adult traumatology, neurosurgery, oncology, intensive care, pediatric and adult surgery, urology, cardiology and therapy. In the period from 2008 to 2012, she worked with neurological patients, including after acute cerebral circulatory disorders.

Since 2012, he has been working as an instructor in therapeutic gymnastics at the Rehabilitation department of the European Clinic of Traumatology and Orthopedics
