Over time, diabetic foot syndrome became the main focus in clinical practice, followed by bone infection and joints. Currently, the main area of work is paraimplantation and paraendoprosthetic infection. Dr. Leval has experience in using vacuum therapy in the treatment of various pathologies, including abdominal (abdominal-related) pathology. I am familiar with and have worked with all vacuum therapy systems available on the Russian market.
Special attention in practice is paid to rational antibacterial chemotherapy, including long-term therapy regimens in patients with deep infections of bones and joints.
He has experience in conducting international clinical trials according to international protocols.
