Experience and education
Kirill Pavlovich has been dealing with the problems of plastic surgery for more than 30 years. He has had many internships in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in the USA and Western European countries. In 1993, he was the first Russian surgeon to complete a full-time training program at the Foundation for Plastic Surgery (PSEF) in the United States. He worked in a team with leading experts in the states of Vermont, Virginia, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, North Carolina. Kirill Pshenisnov has repeatedly given lectures, reports and demonstration operations in the USA, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Finland, Vietnam, Australia, Brazil, Morocco, etc..
Reconstruction of the auricle in congenital underdevelopment (microtia) from the age of ten using the two-stage S. Nagata technique using its own rib cartilage, as well as surgery after traumatic articulations of the auricle. Experience since 1996.
Nose reconstruction in cases of defects, including total ones, after human and animal bites, injuries, and oncological resections. Experience since 1993.
Operations for facial paralysis, including congenital Mobius syndrome, Bell's palsy, the effects of trauma and surgical operations using microsurgical techniques. Nerve and muscle transplantation for facial resuscitation. Experience since 1989.
Breast reconstruction in congenital diseases (Poland syndrome) and after oncological interventions using lipofilling, expanders and implants, using microvascular tissue flaps. Experience since 1986.
