Since 1991, he worked at the A.N. Bakulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery. From 1994 to 1996, he completed his residency in Cardiovascular Surgery. From 1996 to 2015, he was a surgeon at the Department of Surgical Treatment of Tachyarrhythmias, Deputy Head of the Department of Tachyarrhythmias for Medical work.
In the Davydovsky State Clinical Hospital from 2015 to 2017, he was an X-ray surgeon of endovascular methods of diagnosis and treatment at the Atherothrombosis Center.
Since 2004 – Candidate of Medical Sciences. The topic is "Low-energy endocardial atrial defibrillation. Techniques, methods and results of clinical application".
He was actively involved in the development of algorithms for discriminating supraventricular tachycardia from ventricular tachycardia in multi-chamber cardioverter defibrillators. The topic of his doctoral dissertation is devoted to the interventional treatment of atrial fibrillation, including in patients with congestive heart failure and sinus node weakness syndrome.
