In 2001 he graduated from Bukovina State Medical Academy.
From 2002 to 2004, he studied at the clinical residency in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine at the Department of the same name at the RUDN University Faculty of Medicine. During his residency, he worked part-time at the GKB 64 neuro-intensive care unit.
Holds certificates of provider and instructor of the European Council for Intensive Care, the Russian National Council for Intensive Care and the V.A. Negovsky Research Institute of General Intensive Care at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences; member of ROSOMED.
He has a certificate of a cardiologist, as well as a certificate for the organization of simulation and training centers of an educational organization, a certificate of a simulation course in adult and pediatric intensive care. He is an assistant at the Center for Simulation Training at the RUDN University Medical Institute, where he mainly conducts practical classes and lectures on simulation training within the framework of industrial practice programs and postgraduate programs/modules in basic and advanced CPR.
Co-author of methodological manuals, patient care manuals, and management tactics for patients with coronary heart disease.

From 2009 to 2018, he worked as an anesthesiologist and intensive care physician in the cardiac intensive care unit of GKB 12 (currently the V.M. Buyanov State Clinical Hospital).
From 2018 to August 2019, he worked as the head of the Department of geriatric Cardiology with the intensive care unit, as well as an anesthesiologist and intensive care physician at the RGNCC.
He has the highest qualification category, extensive experience in working with patients of radiosurgical (coronary angiography with CT stenting) and arrhythmological (EX, RF, EIT) profile.
