He has skills in various types of anesthesia, anesthetic support for the entire range of cardiovascular operations of any complexity, including operations under conditions of artificial circulation and complete circulatory arrest; anesthetic support for diagnostic manipulations requiring drug sedation while maintaining spontaneous breathing. He is proficient in the most modern methods of intensive care and intensive care. He has mastered modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of critical conditions in patients undergoing heart surgery under conditions of artificial circulation and hypothermia, such as coronary artery bypass grafting, prosthetics and plastic surgery of heart valves, correction of congenital heart defects, has extensive experience in postoperative management of patients with surgical interventions on the aorta and major vessels. He is proficient in extracorporeal detoxification, intra-aortic balloon contrapulsation, ECMO, cardiorespiratory monitoring, and modern ventilation methods, including noninvasive and HF ventilation.
