Rosacea therapy includes special care, the use of external medications, systemic therapy for a long time and cosmetic procedures: laser therapy, IPL therapy (treatment with high-intensity flashes of light), etc.
Rosacea is successfully treated, but an integrated approach is very important.
Preventive measures:
-
Abandonment of baths and saunas
-
Do not use creams with hormonal and vasodilating components, alcohols, heavy oils
-
Diet: avoid eating spicy foods, alcohol, and hot drinks
-
Use products for sensitive skin and sunscreen with SPF50
