Many post-traumatic conditions require regular, sometimes daily, rehabilitation. At the same time, there are often limitations on the axial load on the limb, patients need to use crutches, immobilizing bandages, etc. Thus, any movement of the patient is extremely difficult physically and requires certain organizational measures. It often takes several hours to travel from home to the clinic and back, minimizing the results of the procedures performed. In most cases, the patient's condition does not require complex and expensive equipment. What is really needed is a set of gymnastic devices, a couch, a room and, most importantly, an expert physiotherapist who will perform manual procedures, electrotherapy procedures and therapeutic gymnastics, monitoring the technique of performing exercises and performing biomechanical correction. Properly constructed and planned training allows you to regain the lost function of the joints and minimize the risks of complications and new injuries in the future.
