Cardiomarkers
Up to 80% of all medical decisions, from diagnosis to choice of therapy, are made based on the results of clinical and laboratory studies. This is especially important in cardiology.
In the laboratory of the European Medical Center, markers of myocardial damage in coronary heart disease and markers of risk of emergency conditions in cardiology (cardiotroponins, cerebral natriuretic peptide, myoglobin) are determined in the CITO mode.
Cardiomarkers are determined using Advia CentaurXP automated immunochemiluminescent system (Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc., USA), AccessII automatic immunochemical analyzer (Beckman Coulter, USA), using the latest generation of reagents with high sensitivity and specificity.
