The method is chemiluminescent immunoassay (IHLA)

Quantitative determination of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 immunoglobulin G S protein makes it possible to assess the dynamics of antibody build-up and the strength of the immune response. It is also being conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of vaccination against COVID-19.

Qualitative detection of the level of antibodies to immunoglobulin M (IgM)The S-protein is used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for COVID-19.

Using the test, it can be determined that:

• the virus has recently entered the body
• the acute period of the disease has passed, but the person is still ill
• the person has recovered/COVID-19 is missing
