A secure video call service is used for consultations. After the appointment, the doctor makes recommendations that are available in the patient's personal account.

How to get the service
- The online consultation is conducted through the EMC Patient's Personal Account. If you do not have a Personal Account, register in the mobile applicationGoogle Play/App Store or on the website.
- To make an appointment, contact the call center or make an appointment in the EMC patient's Personal Account. Log in to your account, select a specialist, the type of recording is "Video consultation", the date and time of recording.
- In order for the doctor to see your medical documents (diagnostic images, test results, etc.) during the consultation, we ask you to attach these documents in your Personal Account and allow the doctor access to your medical record.
- The doctor will contact you at the agreed time. After the appointment, you will see the doctor's recommendations in your Personal Account.
