The test is performed for adults and children and is a nasopharyngeal swab. It is a fast alternative to PCR. The test accurately detects antigen proteins that may indicate the presence of the virus. If the result is positive, a PCR test is recommended to confirm the diagnosis.

We do not recommend conducting an express test independently - a poorly taken sample may affect the result. The procedure for collecting the material and interpreting the results should be carried out by a medical professional.

You can also issue an express certificate of absence of COVID-19 in 30 minutes at the EMC. The comprehensive service includes rapid testing for antibodies to COVID-19 and rapid examination of biomaterials for COVID-19. The certificate is issued after receiving negative results for the presence of the virus and if the patient has no symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections.⁣
