Who can participate in the program?

• Patients over 18 years old
• Patients are served within the framework of an agreement concluded between them and JSC EMC (special conditions do not apply to insurance or corporate contracts).

Terms of participation

To receive an initial doctor's consultation on the "Second Opinion" program, you must provide the following documents (the consultation is provided to patients who have not previously been observed in the EMC regarding their diagnosis):

• an opinion from a medical institution (not an EMC), including a confirmed diagnosis and recommendations for treatment
  
• according to the possibilities, the results of diagnostic studies, including laboratory tests, X-rays, transcripts (on disk) of CT, MRI, PET/CT and others
  

The initial doctor's consultation is free of charge if the patient decides to continue treatment at EMC.
