Doctor Borovkova was kind and professional, and the person who drew my blood - Galina - did an excellent job. Galina was friendly and kind, and I didn't even feel the needle, despite getting blood drawn 3 times within a few hours for a glucose tolerance test. I really appreciate the work of EMC to create a warm environment where I can trust I will receive good care.
