What rights does a patient have who uses a paid medical transportation service?

Competent, safe and comfortable transportation of patients today is provided, as a rule, by commercial ambulance and transportation services, which have great opportunities to equip teams with medical personnel and equipment. Private transportation today is carried out far beyond the cities, almost all over the country.

Transportation of a patient in serious condition has a number of features: it requires a certain number of medical personnel to carefully carry the patient, comfortable accommodation in a specially equipped intensive care unit, and high-quality anesthesia and transport immobilization for fractures. There must be means of monitoring the patient's condition and fast-acting medications.

Patient transportation is always a complex, multi-level medical service that can only be provided by specialized paid ambulance and patient transportation companies. Transportation is provided by a number of support services: dispatch department, pharmacy, logistics service, transportation department, including a fleet of specialized ambulances. All this determines the price of the service when transporting patients across Moscow within the MKAD.
