Our clinic became the first in Russia, whose doctors began to perform robot-assisted operations on the Da Vinci Si HD system in oncogynecology, which made it possible to effectively and safely treat patients using the most modern approaches. In gynecology, precancerous conditions and uterine cancer are treated with the help of a robotic surgeon (removal of the uterus, appendages and lymph nodes), precancerous conditions and cervical cancer (extended Wertheim surgery with removal of lymph nodes); removal of ovarian tumors; removal of ovaries from the zone of subsequent irradiation for malignant tumors of the pelvic organs (ovarian transposition) and others.

For patients of reproductive age with cancer, we offer a program to preserve reproductive and hormonal function before surgery or chemotherapy. The decision on the possibility of implementing programs to preserve reproductive function is made at multidisciplinary consultations with the participation of oncologists, reproductive specialists, oncologists, pathologists and gynecologists individually for each patient.

Organ—preserving treatment in oncogynecology is a modern approach to the treatment of oncological diseases in young women, allowing them to preserve reproductive function without reducing the effectiveness of treatment. The main types of such operations include knife conization of the cervix, radical trachelectomy and surgical treatment of borderline ovarian tumors, which are performed in the absence of contraindications and under the supervision of qualified oncogynecologists.
