Who is recommended to consult an oncogynecologist

• pregnancy planning after treatment of borderline and malignant tumors, including cervical cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, germinal and stromal ovarian tumors, severe cervical dysplasia, atypical endometrial hyperplasia;
• carriage of mutations in the BRCA 1 and 2 genes;
• hormone therapy for breast cancer;
• having relatives with oncological diseases;
• severe menopausal syndrome and previous cancer treatment;
• increased level of cancer markers (CA 125, HE4, etc.);
• concerns that prescribed hormonal ovarian stimulation and IVF or hormonal drugs (COCs, etc.) will increase individual cancer risks and lead to the development of a malignant tumor;
• formations in the ovaries (including cysts) according to the results of ultrasound, MRI, CT, PET CT;
• cervical dysplasia (HSIL, LSIL, ASCUS, ASC-H);
• vulvar formations, prolonged itching of the vulva;
any bloody discharge from the genital tract in postmenopause.
