Dr. Panfilova graduated with a gold medal from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy, after which she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and then completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. In 2012, she defended her PhD thesis on the influence of pathologies of the hemostasis system on obstetric pregnancy outcomes, having gained tremendous experience in hemostasiology and a certificate from a hemostasis specialist. Olga Panfilova is also the most experienced certified specialist in ultrasound diagnostics.
She studied and worked in leading European clinics of obstetrics and gynecology:
From 2006 to 2007, Dr. Panfilova completed a clinical and scientific educational program at the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel, Germany.
In 2010, under the guidance of Professor K. von Kaisenberg, Germany's largest ultrasound specialist in obstetrics, she completed a specialization in prenatal ultrasound diagnostics at the Graduate Medical School of Hanover, Germany.
In 2011, as part of her participation in the Congress of prenatal medicine specialists in Berlin, Dr. Panfilova completed an expert-level ultrasound certification course conducted by the International Foundation for Fetal Medicine (under the guidance of Professor K. Nikolaides). Upon graduation, she successfully passed the FMF Deutchland (Fetal Medicine Foundation Deutschland) prenatal screening exam with an international certificate.
Dr. Panfilova also completed training on invasive methods of prenatal diagnosis (amniocentesis, chorionic biopsy) at the Antoine Beclere Hospital (Clamart, France) in 2012.
In 2007, she participated in an educational lecture program on high-risk pregnancy management at the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Eppendorf, Hamburg, Germany.
January 2013 – Diploma of invasive prenatal procedures (Ian Donald Inter-University School of invasive prenatal procedures). Training in invasive methods of prenatal diagnosis (amniocentesis) at the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Cagliari (Italy) (L'ospedale Microcitemico) under the guidance of the school's director, Professor Giovanni Monni.
In 2017, after completing a competition and winning one of only a few prestigious scholarships, Olga Panfilova enrolled in the clinical program for prenatal diagnosis of fetal pathology at King's College Hospital in London. For two years, under the guidance of the internationally recognized leader of perinatology, Professor Kipras Nikolaides, Dr. Panfilova performed expert ultrasound examinations to exclude malformations and intrauterine pathologies of the fetus, conducted fetal echocardiography, screenings, and participated in invasive diagnostics.
