Hormonal spectrum studies are carried out on Advia Centaur XP and Immulite 2000i automated immunochemiluminescent systems (Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc., USA), on Access II automatic immunochemical analyzers (Beckman Coulter, USA) and the Liaison analyzer (Dia Sorin Deutschland GmbH, Germany), on the ELISYS Duo automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer (Human GmbH, Germany).
