· On a positive note, the surgical team, the nurses, the urology assistants and receptionists - they were all FANTASTIC and I cannot praise them enough. I was nervous to have my son operated in a foreign country, in a foreign language with foreign doctors (my father is a Dr so I’ve always been referred to the top specialists) but it was all excellent and on that side, we were very happy. Dr Abdullin and Dr Monod were patient, comforting and very professional. Thank you, and please thank them on our behalf.
· My wife (the patient) and I are both US surgeons ,ophtalmologists for more than 30 years. My wife was in Moscow for business. Our experiences include surgery in the US and around the world, and we both have previous orthopedic trauma surgeries in the past two years. The care we received here is without parallel in IOWA, Illinois or NY (Hospital of Special Surgery) or in other overseas facilities in Italy, Greece, China, India, Israel. Our specialists were efficient and communicated very well. The facility and staff were efficient and splendid. We especially noted Drs Mansur Khasanshin, Mikhail Burtsev, Mikhail Sagalovich and Alexander Frolov plus nurse Elena Provkina and therapist Alexander Korchagin . DrSagalovich appeared at multiple occasions even Thanks and more thanks.

I was picked up by EMC Ambulance at another hospital after falling on ice + fracturing my femora. The team for the ambulance was very good, kind and made sure I was OK. When I arrived at the ECSTO ER facility they were waiting on me and transit from Ambulance to ER was great. I was in a lot of pain and they helped me with that. They quickly explained that I had Class I fracture and would need an operation. All staff was professional, kind and understanding. They assisted in all matters. Once I Was Admitted, I was taken to my room on the 5th floor. During my stay, all the staff, Doctors, Nurses, Assistants, Physical Therapists, they all were outstanding. Everything was splendid, everyone was very professional, and everyone was very kind. They helped with what I ever I needed. Please, bring back ophthalmology specialists to Spiridoniyevskiy - once a week/ not a full day/ at request - any way would work. Unfortunately, visiting at Shchepkina is inconvenient, thus I have to abandon this service at yor clinic. Best regards,
Dr. Pierre Mono was professional, friendly and positive. He was very reassuring, explained my condition in detail and answered all my questions so I went to surgery confident and with no fears. The surgery went very well and the recovery is good. I would certainly recommend him.
Thank you. I had an implant done by Dr. Dacremon. It was very pleasant, fast and frankly, I am shocked by how easy he made the process seem. I did not feel any pain and the procedure was over in 7 mins. They kept me waiting and waiting.

I was admitted to your hospital on March 8, 2015. I arrived via ambulance along with Dr. Volkov who was so kind. When your not feeling well sometimes one person can make all the difference. That person was Karina. She was so kind and came to my my room in the ER to explain a few things and she was like a ray of sunshine with her proper English, beautiful smile and happy attitude. I think she must be a great asset to the company and I hope she will continue to progress in her career with EMC.
Everyone was very kind and helpful, including Nikita, the nurse who took care of me for 24 hours. The ladies serving the food, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the phlebotomists, nurses and all the doctors were helpful and kind. I just wanted to say thank you.

The front- reception team is very kind, helpful and professional. The doctors are skillful, friendly and outstanding at their work, Dr. Tabeeva Kamila, Dr. Elizaveta and Dr. Osaki, to mention a few stand out for their patience and detailed discussions. The assistant nurses go out of their way to make patients comfortable and communicate timely on appointments and test results. One even helped me in calling a taxi. Nurse Senya was excellent in follow-up and updating.
